Resumen: Históricamente la Parte especial del Derecho penal precede a la general, pero con la ilustración y Feuerbach nace la Teoría general del Derecho penal y desde entonces hasta la tercera década del siglo XX toda la relevancia fue concedida a la Parte general; finalmente, Beling construye con la tipicidad un puente que une ambos sectores del Derecho penal. El artículo analiza las relaciones íntimas entre la Parte especial del Derecho penal y la general así como la sistematización de la parte especial.
Palabras clave: Derecho penal; Parte especial; Parte general; sistematización de la Parte especial..Abstract: Historically the special part of the Criminal law precedes the general, but the general theory of Criminal law is born with the illustration and FEUERBACH, from then until the third decade of the twentieth century all relevance was given to the general part, finally BELING built with the “typus” a bridge linking the two sectors of the Criminal law. The paper examines the intimate relationship between the special part of Criminal law and general as well as the systematization of the special part.
