Resumo: O presente trabalho demonstra que as pessoas, em geral, interpretam as regras jurídicas por meios de metarregras – mecanismos que as influenciam na aplicação da lei, tais como regras, princípios, traumas, preconceitos – e que metarregras fundamentais (as ilegítimas) são os estigmas. Este fator – estigma – faz com que o projeto de atuação das pessoas seja, desde o início, comprometido, porque tem o seu eixo deturpado.
Palavras-chave: Estigmas; metarregras.Abstract: This study shows that the people, in general, interpret legal rules through meta-rules – mechanisms that affect law enforcement, such as rules, principles, trauma, prejudice – and that fundamental meta-rules (the illegitimate ones) are the stigmata. This element – stigma – affects people action from the start, since its axis is distorced.
